About the event
TheChefSounds! is a transmedia platform that merges gastronomy, music, and audiovisual storytelling to create a unique artistic experience.
To carry out these experiences, TCS! holds intimate and exclusive meetings in unique spaces in the city (rooftops, palaces, estates, galleries, etc.).
The chefs are the protagonists of these encounters, where each of them shares their emotional story through flavors and sounds, and where each recipe is inspired by an album, resulting in a performative dinner with themed cuisine and music played on vinyl.
For this first experience at Parabere, we'll have Chef Paco Ybarra, who has designed a menu based on New Orleans Creole cuisine. The music will revolve around jazz from the early decades of the 20th century.
